Conditions of Rent:
It is understood by a 1⁄2 day 5 hours of booking and 1-day or full day 10 hours of booking.

The hours that exceed these times is considered as overtime, increasing the price of every hour in a 50% after 22 h.

The half day is from 9:00 h to 14:00 h or 15 h 20:00 h. Although we can consider particular needs.

When you rent a photo studio until 14:00 should be left free in a timely manner.

The options for photography studio must be confirmed with a signal of 50% on the amount of the budget accepted.

Otherwise, any confirmed booking for that date will cancel the previous option.

The amount of confirmed bookings will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The payment shall be made in cash, conformed check or bank transfer.

Customers who do not have account must pay cash at the time of the acceptance of the budget.

When you have finished the rental period, the dish should be ready for the next session.

If it is necessary to hire a cleaning service and/or collection of decor or props will be charged to the customer.

The Ice Factory declines all responsibility for any items left in any place in the photo studio.

The responsibility for any damage to any furniture, infrastructure or equipment for misuse of the same will be the customer's although these have been caused by its subcontractors.
